FlexNet Records enables you to search for a particular FlexNet Solution Request and
find its location in the queue.
If a FlexNet solution request is entered in the system you can search for it to see
the details and status.

From the order.sensus.com Customer Landing page, select FlexNet
Solutions, then FlexNet Records,
OR, from the Design
Information drop-down menu, select FlexNet Solution Request
Queue.
The FlexNet Solution Request search screen displays.

Enter either the whole account name or part of the account name in the search
bar and click the button. Alternatively, use the bar chart to drill
down to the request you need.
If you want to include requests in your search that are marked as obsolete in
the system, click the down arrow button and select Include Obsolete
Requests.

A list of all requests whose name contain the search term displays. After you
have found the correct record, highlight that line and double-click to open the
request.

The request opens on the Primary Information tab. Click through the vertical
tabs and edit the information as needed. Click the Save icon at any
point to save the information you just entered.
