Customer Service role

Describes the role of customer service within the FlexNet Solution Request system.

Customer Service's role is to complete the account number and enter the MTS for the account.
  1. Log into the system. You should see items with the status of Awaiting PS Order.
  2. Highlight the line with the applicable customer. Once you open the customer record, the account name may be missing. To search for the account name, use the account name lookup and click the correct account name.
  3. Complete the account number and MTS for the account.
