Third Party Electric configuration

Items to note when creating a Honeywell or an Aclara configuration.

When Honeywell is the Product Line, you must select the Installation Location, the Platform, and whether the FlexNet AMR is ESM or non-ESM. Aclara is only available as ESM.
There are defaults, but you have to set some of those defaults depending on choices you make. Both the Aclara i210+c and the Honeywell Alpha A3 have multiple meter forms to choose from.
A Time Zone must be selected on the 3rd Party tab.
On the Attachments tab, you must attach a .ini file. This .ini file should come from the options created in the 3rd Party meter setup program such as MeterMate.
